Licensed Musical Instrument Products (First Act)

First Act has licensing agreements with Disney and Nickelodeon in order to make instruments based on many of their franchises: Toy Story, Cars, iCarly, Phineas & Ferb, Disney Princess and others.

Development of the licensed electronic instruments at First Act involved:

utilization of existing electronics for musical instruments, typically based on sound chips from Sonix, Nuvoton, and other similar Asian chip suppliers
adapting the play pattern for the controls to the specific design
recording and/or editing sounds for the product - many of the sounds would be sound files released directly fromDisney or Niclkelodeon
Evaluating prototypes and production samples from the Asian manufacturers
Monitoring the production line in Asia
